Can I return a product?

It is possible to make a return to PIROVANO MUSIC STORE within 15 days from the date of receipt of the order. To accept the return it is necessary that the products are in the same conditions in which they are received.

How to return a product?

Send your RETURN request using the contact form you find on the "contact us" page, fill in all the fields.
In the MESSAGE section  write "Return" and specify the order number (you can find it in the confirmation email you received). 

Only if these conditions are respected will PIROVANO MUSIC STORE refund the full price of the returned products.
The return shipment is charged to the customer.

When do I get my refund?

The time required to receive the refund depends on the type of payment used, in any case within 30 days of accepting the return:
- Credit card or debit card: the time required to receive the refund depends on the institution that issued the card;
- PayPal: the refund will be made to your PayPal account and will be immediately visible. The actual refund to the credit card from your PayPal account depends on the institution that issued the card;
- Bank transfer: once we have received the return, we will ask you for a current account to which you can make the refund. The re-credit usually takes place within 10 days.
 
In any case, you will receive a refund equal to the price of the returned items.
